The lawsuit against Cargill in Fort Morgan, Colorado, on behalf of over 150 Somalian Muslims who were denied prayer (salah) breaks, and left their jobs, has been won by the Colorado Muslim Society General Counsel in a ruling by the Colorado Department of Labor.
